Christian hope is not optimism with better branding. It is confidence that God is still at work when our timelines feel delayed. The Acts of the Apostles remind us that the Church is not a museum of holy memories. It is a living community moved by the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning.

Prayer
Lord God, thank You for speaking through Acts 26:7. You said, “Unto which, our twelve tribes, serving night and day, hope to come. For which hope,…” I do not want to rush past these words. Quiet my mind, warm my heart, and help me live what I have heard with faith, hope, and charity. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
