Catholic Verse of the Day

Wisdom 12:13

Douay-Rheims Catholic Bible verse for Monday, April 24, 2028, with reflection, prayer, and a link to the full chapter.

Theme: Daily Scripture

For there is no other God but thou, who hast care of all, that thou shouldst shew that thou dost not give judgment unjustly.

Wisdom 12:13

Reflection for Today

Pause with Wisdom 12:13. Hear these words again: “For there is no other God but thou, who hast care of all, that thou shouldst shew that thou dost not give judgment unjustly.”

Wisdom belongs to the wisdom books, where faith meets daily decisions. Holiness is not only for extraordinary moments; it is learned in ordinary choices. Read in Catholic faith, this is not a decorative sentence for social media. It is a living word meant to convert, console, and send us back into ordinary life with a quieter heart.

God often changes us less by thunder and more by a line of Scripture that will not leave us alone. If the verse consoles you, do not rush past the comfort. Gratitude is also a form of obedience.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, Word made flesh, You still teach Your disciples through Sacred Scripture. Through Wisdom 12:13, let “For there is no other God but thou, who hast care of all, that thou shouldst shew…” become more than a memory. Make it light for my work, patience for my home, and courage for my vocation. Amen.
