Theme: Daily Scripture

Faith

And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.

Romans 11:23

Reflection for Today

Pause with Romans 11:23. Hear these words again: “And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.”

Romans comes from the apostolic age, when the first communities were learning how to live the Gospel in ordinary struggles. The Church still listens here for guidance. Read in Catholic faith, this is not a decorative sentence for social media. It is a living word meant to convert, console, and send us back into ordinary life with a quieter heart.

Today's invitation under the theme of Daily Scripture is simple and serious. If the verse consoles you, do not rush past the comfort. Gratitude is also a form of obedience.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, Word made flesh, You still teach Your disciples through Sacred Scripture. Through Romans 11:23, let “And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is…” become more than a memory. Make it light for my work, patience for my home, and courage for my vocation. Amen.
