Pause with Daniel 7:18. Hear these words again: “But the saints of the most high God shall take the kingdom: and they shall possess the kingdom for ever and ever.”
In Daniel, the prophetic word unsettles comfort and awakens hope. God loves His people enough to call them back, and enough to promise a future. Father of mercies, I bring You this day and this verse from Daniel 7:18. As I listen to “But the saints of the most high God shall take the kingdom: and they shall possess…,” heal what is anxious in me, correct what is proud, and strengthen what is willing to love. Amen.
