Reflection for Today
Today's Catholic verse of the day is Deuteronomy 32:4: “The works of God are perfect, and all his ways are judgments: God is faithful and without any iniquity, he is just and right.”
Deuteronomy is part of the long story of salvation. Catholics receive it as inspired Scripture, a word that prepares the heart for Christ and still nourishes the Church. Faith is not pretending we have no questions. It is trusting Christ enough to keep walking while the answers are still unfinished.
As you hold this verse, do not force a dramatic feeling. Ask only for faithfulness. Write one sentence of response in a notebook or phone note: what you hear God asking, promising, or healing. Then do one small act that matches that sentence.
Prayer
Lord God, thank You for speaking through Deuteronomy 32:4. You said, “The works of God are perfect, and all his ways are judgments: God is faithful and…” I do not want to rush past these words. Quiet my mind, warm my heart, and help me live what I have heard with faith, hope, and charity. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
