Pause with Psalms 18:8. Hear these words again: “The law of the Lord is unspotted, converting souls: the testimony of the Lord is faithful, giving wisdom to little ones.”
Belief grows less by argument alone and more by fidelity: returning to prayer, returning to Mass, returning to mercy. The Psalms have given voice to every mood of the believer: praise, tears, trust, and longing. What Israel prayed, the Church still sings.
As you hold this verse, do not force a dramatic feeling. Ask only for faithfulness. If the verse consoles you, do not rush past the comfort. Gratitude is also a form of obedience.
Prayer
Holy Trinity, I receive today's verse with the Church. Keep Psalms 18:8 close to me. Let “The law of the Lord is unspotted, converting souls: the testimony of the Lord is…” guard my thoughts from morning until night, and let my life quietly agree with Your word. Amen.
