🎖️ Prayer for Military Protection

Those who serve in the military make tremendous sacrifices to protect others. This Catholic prayer asks God to protect service members, grant them courage and wisdom, and bring them safely home to their loved ones.

Prayer for Military Members

Lord God Almighty, You are the protector of all who trust in You.

We pray for all men and women serving in the armed forces, especially those in harm's way.

Protect them from danger, give them courage in the face of fear, and wisdom in making difficult decisions.

Shield them with Your mighty hand and surround them with Your angels.

Comfort their families who wait and worry. Give them peace and hope during times of separation.

Grant that those who serve may return safely to their loved ones, and may all who have died in service rest in Your eternal peace.

We ask this through Christ our Lord, the Prince of Peace.

Amen.

Prayer to St. Michael for Military

St. Michael the Archangel, patron of military personnel, defend our service members in battle.

Be their protection against all dangers and enemies.

Grant them courage, strength, and victory over evil.

Bring them safely home to their families.

Amen.

Prayer for Military Families

Heavenly Father, we pray for the families of those serving in the military.

Comfort them in their loneliness and worry. Give them strength to carry on during deployments.

Protect military spouses, children, and parents. Surround them with Your love and the support of their community.

Grant them patience, hope, and the joy of reunion with their loved ones.

Amen.
