Prayer for Day 4
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Mighty and Loving Father, we pray today for strength and courage for the sick person to face their illness with dignity and grace. We ask that You would pour out Your strength upon them, filling them with the courage and fortitude they need to endure their suffering. Lord, You are the source of all strength, and we pray that You would renew their physical, emotional, and spiritual strength.
Help us to trust in Your promise to give strength to the weary and to increase the power of the weak. Give the sick person the ability to rise above their physical limitations and to find strength in You that goes beyond their natural capabilities. May Your strength be made perfect in their weakness, showing Your power and Your love through their courage and perseverance.
Lord, we also pray that You would help the sick person to be good stewards of the strength and courage that You provide. Give them the wisdom to use their strength wisely, to take care of their bodies, and to face each day with courage and hope. May their strength and courage be a witness to Your power and Your love, inspiring others who may be facing similar challenges.
We ask that You would help us to be a source of encouragement and support to the sick person, helping them to find and maintain their strength and courage. Give us the wisdom to know how to encourage them, the patience to support them through difficult times, and the love to remind them of Your presence and Your care.
May our support help them to find the strength and courage they need. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
