Prayer for Day 6
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Lord God, we praise You for making us instruments of Your creative power through the gifts of procreation, pregnancy, and parenthood. We ask You to provide for all pregnant women who are suffering from a difficult pregnancy.
The evil of abortion is accepted by many people in our fallen world. Many women facing difficulties in their pregnancies are told that abortion is an acceptable solution, when it is actually a sinful and tragic choice. We beg You to protect all women and children who are affected by this terrible lie.
Please assist all women who are enduring a difficult pregnancy, and we ask You particularly today to assist all pregnant women who are tempted to choose abortion!
Help us to rely on You more fully in even our most difficult struggles. Help us to grow in virtue at every opportunity.
