On this fourth day, we pray for all pregnant women who are suffering from poverty and material needs.
Prayer for Day 4
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Lord God, we praise You for making us instruments of Your creative power through the gifts of procreation, pregnancy, and parenthood. We ask You to provide for all pregnant women who are suffering from a difficult pregnancy.
Pregnant women are in need of both emotional support and material assistance. Women suffering from poverty during their pregnancy might have trouble maintaining their own health or the health of their baby. You are able to provide all the assistance needed by poor pregnant women.
Please assist all women who are enduring a difficult pregnancy, and we ask You particularly today to assist all pregnant women who are suffering from poverty!
Help us to humbly turn to You in all of our needs each day. Help us to grow in reliance on You in our lives at every opportunity.
