O Lord Jesus Christ, you are the source of all healing and strength. You are always ready to help us in our needs and to guide us in our journey. We come to you today with trust in your healing power.
Your wisdom is perfect and your understanding is infinite.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end.

O Mother of Perpetual Help, give us wisdom and understanding! Help us to make good health decisions and to understand how to manage our health effectively. Teach us to seek your guidance in every decision.

Reflection for Today
Today we pray for wisdom and understanding in managing health. Wisdom and Understanding are gifts from God that help us face life's challenges.
The Bible tells us that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). This powerful verse reminds us that our strength comes from God, not from ourselves. When we feel weak or overwhelmed, we can turn to Him for the help we need.
