Amen.
Dear Lord, we thank You and praise You for the many ways You have assisted us throughout the trials and sufferings of our lives. We humbly ask You to pour out Your grace and assistance on all those who suffer from a chronic illness.
Poverty is a great difficulty for all who endure it. But for the poor who suffer from chronic illness, poverty can be an even more severe burden. The poor who suffer from chronic illness are often unable to get all the help they need.
Please bless and assist all people who suffer from chronic illness, and we especially ask You today to help the poor who suffer from chronic illness!
Help us to grow in holiness and virtue at every opportunity. Help us to unite ourselves more closely to You easy day of our lives.

Today we pray for the poor who suffer from chronic illness. Poverty and chronic illness together create a particularly difficult situation that can seem overwhelming and hopeless.
