2 Chronicles is part of the long story of salvation. Catholics receive it as inspired Scripture, a word that prepares the heart for Christ and still nourishes the Church. Prayer
Lord Jesus, Word made flesh, You still teach Your disciples through Sacred Scripture. Through 2 Chronicles 26:7, let “And God helped him against the Philistines, and against the Arabians, that dwelt in…” become more than a memory. Make it light for my work, patience for my home, and courage for my vocation. Amen.
