Pause with Zephaniah 3:4. Hear these words again: “Her prophets are senseless, men without faith: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have acted unjustly against the law.”
In Zephaniah, the prophetic word unsettles comfort and awakens hope. God loves His people enough to call them back, and enough to promise a future. Read in Catholic faith, this is not a decorative sentence for social media. It is a living word meant to convert, console, and send us back into ordinary life with a quieter heart.

Father of mercies, I bring You this day and this verse from Zephaniah 3:4. As I listen to “Her prophets are senseless, men without faith: her priests have polluted the…,” heal what is anxious in me, correct what is proud, and strengthen what is willing to love. Amen.
